What items can I return or exchange?
All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached or cellophane wrap/seals intact. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.

I ordered a size to small
The color was beautiful and true to the pictures online. The dress was well made and very comfortable. The custom sizing made it so that I didn't not have to adjust myself or think about the fit during the long day/night. The v-neck was lower than I was comfortable with so I added a small insert that worked very well. I was very happy with this and had a wonderful day celebrating my son's marriage.
