What items can I return or exchange?
All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached or cellophane wrap/seals intact. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.

I needed a formal gown for a wedding this fall, and this one is perfect for a guest. I ordered two dresses to try on at home, both didn’t fit quite right. The return process itself was not difficult, but we had to work out some email miscommunications, which happily also went smoothly.
I love the sweep of the skirt, which is plenty long enough for me to wear heels, even though I am 5’9” tall. It made of chiffon and fully lined, it also has a fully incorporated bra bodice, so wearing a regular bra is not required. The price point is very affordable for such a well-made dress, and delivery was reasonable, if not very quick (which didn’t matter to much to me, because the wedding is still a month away). It does run on the small size, I had to go up two sizes to get a comfortable fit. Overall a very nice gown that I will be comfortable wearing to a very formal event.
I received so many compliments while wearing this dress for my son's wedding! It is beautiful and fits nicely. It is heavy, as many people mentioned, but that was nice for a winter wedding.
